Description The apparatus consists of a rotating circular turntable attached onto theend of a vertical shaft. The shaft is held vertical within a sturdy wallbracket that must be attached to a rigid vertical surface, i.e. a wall. Atthe lower tip of the shaft a special fixing has been created to accept avariety of end pivots. Mating seating's have been manufactured for theend pivots. The seating's positively locate at the bottom of the wallbracket so that they mate with their respective seating's but do notrotate under testing. The seating's are made from different materialsand with different internal cone angles. Pure torsion is applied to thetable through a pair of diametrically opposite loaded cords and pulleys. A set of calibratedweights and the hangers are supplied. To vary thethrust on the end pivot, the calibrated weights are added incrementallyto the turntable surface. Weights are then added to the Load hangers tocalculate the necessary parameters. A comprehensive Instructionmanual and 2 year warranty are also supplied. A set of optionallyavailable seating's and end pivots are also available. Features Wall mounted apparatus.
